gallery and to this end we will monitor the content added in terms of artwork
and reviews.
We make no representation that the operation of our website www.gladhat.com

of any interruptions or down time. We make no warranties or representations
about the compatibility of any computers you use to access this website.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons,
images, and HTML, is the property of www.gladhat.com, its owner and/or its suppliers

It is the responsibility of members to exhibit work which is wholly theirs,

Note that all artists retain copyright in their own artwork.
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of www.gladhat.com

Note that the colours and appearance of artwork may vary slightly from the
way they appear on the screen. The items have been photographed at a high resolution
but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download
times.
We reserve the right to refuse access to our services to anybody who misuses
www.gladhat.com in any way. You must not interfere with, or attempt to interfere
with, any of the workings of the website or any information held by us.
We reserve the right to remove any material that we deem to be offensive or
inappropriate at any time without notice.

Members terms of exhibition
Only members of Gladhat can exhibit artwork. Application is open to all artists.

All artwork added by existing members are subject to approval prior to them
appearing on the live website and we reserve the right to edit or remove any
item subsequently added.
Members must not exhibit material of an abusive or racist nature.
A member may cancel his membership at any time, by writing to m@gladhat.com.
Any information we collect about you is not shared with third parties.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the
information that we hold about you by emailing or writing to us. If you find
any inaccuracies we will correct it promptly.
We do not send any form of marketing emails to members' email addresses.
In the unlikely event that you feel you would like to complain about any matter,
please e-mail Michael Simkin at m@gladhat.com.
We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive
an acknowledgement within 5 (five) working days whilst we work to resolve your
complaint.
We review our privacy policy regularly to ensure the security of our site and
your data.
